Teen Thursdays - Summer Plan 2002 (You gotta sign up EACH WEEK but permission sheet is good all summer!) Ave. & Platte R. Drive then bike to downtown Littleton for lunch, then back) (9:00 to 5:00) We will leave from the church building with bikes on a trailer and return to the church building by 5:00 PM 6-27-02 Denver Botanical Gardens - Lunch - State Capitol Bldg. 7-04-02 Holiday week - no trip 7-11-02 Barr Lake Nature Trail (BRING PICNIC LUNCH & DRINK!!!) 7-18-02 Delany Farm Museum - Lunch - Aurora Parry Consev. Center 7-25-02 Denver Zoo - Lunch - Miniature Golf 8-01-02 Denver Art Museum - Lunch & Hike at Confluence Park 8-08-02 Colorado Springs - Cheyenne Mt. Zoo; NORAD (if open) 8-15-02 Dillon Reservoir - OUR LAST SUMMER TRIP!
Age Group: 13 and up (or have finished the 6th grade. Sorry, no exceptions.)
A GOOD ATTITUDE!
hat, light jacket, pants or long (modest) shorts, no baggy "gang banger" stuff
water canteen (non-spillable), fanny pack or small backpack for your stuff
Sun screen
small (pocket-sized) notebook and pencil to EVERY trip!
$10.00 (for lunch, tickets to area visited, etc.) You may pack a lunch if desired, but you will still need money for tickets, etc.
Camera with adequate Film and batteries (Optional)
